Our simple, but comfortable studio has been set-up with your comfort in mind! All the amenities and convenience of a hotel suite, but at a third of the cost. Whether you want to visit our charming historical downtown, enjoy the Farm Market, the glorious parks or spenf a day at the beach in Port Stanley, our Victorian House's annex suite is perfectly located! Close to the Hospital, Downtown shops and a short drive from the touristic places like Sparta, Aymler and many more. 30 mins from London. A very comfortable bed awaits you at the end of a hectic day sightseeing or enjoying the outdoors, and you can relax and stream your favorite programs or watch the news on the couch or from the bed on one of the two TVs, enjoy a tea, hot chocolate or a cold beverage from your own mini fridge and either eat out or keep it safe with a delicious delivery from our local restaurants. All spaces are thoroughly cleaned, and disinfected after each visit. You can accommodate a third person in the convertible sofa (turns into a double). We will leave the required bedding and extra set of towels for the additional guest. Your suite has: Microwave, Keurig coffee machine, electric kettle, slices toaster, small fridge (see pictures: not the smallest version), and cups, dishes, cutlery, and glasses for 3 people. Sleeping space with ample bathroom and walk in closet, a breakfast nook/kitchenette, with coffee machine, microwave and kettle. Foldable couch that converts into a double bed. 2 smart TVs with streaming, Netflix, and News channels. Comfortably air-conditioned and heated. We are in the main house and are available for questions or assistance at any time but you can self check-in and be entirely independent if you prefer it. Noise isolation is not perfect: you will hear us in the kitchen, but we respect 10 pm to 9:00 AM quiet time. One of the most beautiful streets in St Thomas. Completely safe. Close to the downtown main strip (less than 10 minutes walk), but away entirely from its stress. We are proud of our houses and gardens, and try to make our spaces beautiful. It's an idyllic place to live, and we enjoy it very much, specially coming from the big city. Smoking is possible outside of the suite on your little deck. there's a disc golf setup and you can always play a game with us or the neighbors.
