The cozy 2 bedroom home will accommodate up to 4 guests with 2 queen beds. A fully equipped kitchen & outside grill allows you to fix your own meals. Use the home and an comfortable Deck as a base to simply relax in the quiet neighborhood or take a short walk to downtown or short drive to enjoy the beauty of Gov Dodge State Park, House on the Rock & Driftless Area. There is a workstation with high speed WiFi for you working needs. Included is a K-Cup style coffee maker with coffee & toaster. The original 40 acre property was purchased by William C. Young in 1836 when Wisconsin was a Territory. It is unclear when the house was built but has had many updates over the years and the original features as no longer present. Recent updates have made this home cozy and welcoming. The house is in a very quite neighborhood couple blocks from downtown. We built a new deck on in 2020 with table and 4 chairs to enjoy the south side of house. The bathroom is small and there is a 21 inch space between the wall and tub to use the toilet. There is off street parking that will fit 2 small cars also there is parking on the street in front of the home. You can take walks in the quiet neighborhood. We live close by if you need anything else, help is just a phone call away. This house is situated in a quite neighborhood, 2 blocks from downtown. You can park 2 small cars in the driveway and additional parking on street in front of house.
