Right Next to Swain Resort (in walking distance to the slopes!). Close to Letchworth State Park (15 miles), Stony Brook State Park, & Woodlynn Hills Golf Course. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the neighborhood. There is a restaurant across the street open year-round. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and hikers who are looking for a simple place to rest for a night. The Swain area has water that contains sulfur. We initially provide 2 bottles of drinking water for your Check-In. After those have been used, we recommend bringing or buying your own bottled water.
