Beautiful Home in Private Gated Subdivision

Private and exclusive gated subdivision with DNR protected wetland behind the house. You will have access to two bedrooms with an adjoining Jack & Jill bathroom. Rooms are small, but you will have access to other rooms in the house if desired. I have two incredibly friendly cats, which can be put in another room during your stay, but wanted to make you aware in case of any allergies. Also note I am often home, but in and out of the house, and prefer to stay out of your way unless you need me. House Rules: 1) Please take shoes off inside the home 2) Quiet after 11pm 3) Absolutely no smoking inside or on premises 4) Do not use premises for illegal activity 5) Only registered guests allowed 6) No pets 7) No parties or events 8) Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to AirBnB. 9) Please dispose of all garbage in the trash cans 10) Keep lights off when away 11) No exception to check-in/check-out times 12) If you have used, or plan to use, fake tanning, please bring your own sheets and pillowcases 13) No eating or drinking allowed in bedrooms or bathrooms 14) If you make a mess, you clean it 15) If you break it, you fix it 16) Please do your own dishes 17) If anything is missing or stolen, the police will be notified immediately 18) Please be aware security cameras are located throughout the exterior and interior of the home. There are no security cameras in the bedrooms or bathrooms 19) Please do not block the garage when parking in the driveway. Either pull up all the way to the right of the 3rd car garage, or park on the street. I am usually in and out of the house. Located near Clarkston, MI. A quaint town with a few known restaurants, including Union Woodshop, which was visited by Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. Fully vaccinated!
