Cozy Space for 1 or 2

Our home is located in a quiet subdivision with access to walking/running and a pool/pond view. Access to Celina or Coldwater are only a few minutes drive, as we are located just off 29. We do have two loveable micro-Labradoodles that are on property at all times. They traditionally do not go downstairs, but a gate to prevent them from coming down will be in place when guests are on premises. We are 100% smoke free inside and outside for the health of our asthmatic daughter. We kindly request no shoes in the house to keep all floors clean and in top condition for both our guests and ourselves. Guests may enter and exit the space using a separate stairwell located from the main garage. This stairwell will lead into a living room area that guests are welcome to use as well as the rented space that includes a separate hallway/bedroom/bathroom as listed. We enjoy meeting new people and provide an easy continental breakfast downstairs or a full breakfast upstairs to our guests on Saturday and Sunday if so desired by our guests. We do request no visitors to the space due to the space being a part of our primary residence. Speed limit is 25 miles per hour and strict adherence to that is expected of all guests. Guests are welcome to walk around the neighborhood. Cul-de-sac to cul-de-sac and back is approximately 1 mile. This makes a great walking/running space for active guests. Leaving the subdivision to get to town will require the use of a vehicle. Guests are welcome to use the pool and pond. If you would like to use the pool, towels may be requested for your use. There are also two full-sized kayaks on property that may be used by guests on the pond at the rear of the property. Paddles are kept in the garage and simply need to be requested by the guests. We do not have adult life jackets on premises, so please keep that in mind when considering using either the pool or pond.
