Cozy, quiet space #2 for business travelers

Far enough removed from downtown to enjoy peace and quiet, but a short 4min car ride and you're among restaurants, shops, and museums. There is a nice biking/jogging path 1 block away that can take you to downtown, Shipoke, City Island, or for a 20mile loop throughout the city. My bedrooms and bathrooms are spread over 3 floors, so there's ample privacy if you prefer. The living space, dining room, and kitchen are open floor plan, so there are opportunities to socialize if you like as well. I'm pretty quiet and often visitors don't even know I'm home. All bedrooms, as well as the entire 3rd floor, are private, but the living space, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and porch are all shared. I am around most of the time. I'm readily available for questions or assistance, but also tend to keep to my room, so you'll have plenty of privacy. I have a great spot far enough from downtown to enjoy peaceful nights, but close enough to walk to festivals and restaurants. I'm right off of the river so you'll be able to enjoy the bike/jogging/walking path or go down to do some yoga while watching the sun set! I'm also a short (~5-10min) drive to Wildwood Park which is a beautiful ~3mi loop that makes you feel you've completely left the city! My house is 1 block from a 20 mile bike path that the city is in process with extending. Depending which hospital/facility you're working at, you could potentially bike or jog there. There is ample and free on and off street parking if you have your own vehicle. And Uber is also an option. There is a bus, but I've not used it and am uncertain of it's reliability. Internet is available daily, but is typically unavailable for guests between 8am-5pm ET Monday-Friday. As a reminder, my 4yo mix breed 50lb pup lives on site. So far she's been a major hit with guests, but I tend to keep her with me throughout the day... because she's awesome!
