North Chalet is a traditional red and white Swedish style home with interior Scandinavian charm. Located in "Little Sweden" Lindstrom, we are a short hill down from the center of town, so close one can smell the beans from the coffee house roasting in the morning, walk to breakfast at the Swedish Inn or bakery, and visit the small shops in the thriving town center. Our front door is on a quiet road that ends in a natural boat launch, convenient to our beach on North Lindstrom Lake. Our neighborhood lines the lake. Up the hill from us, just one house deep, is a main road of the downtown, upon which lies charming shops, including a Swedish cafe, bakery, and coffee house.
