The Sleeping Quarters

Gateway to Yellowstone, Sand Dunes, Jackson & Grand Targhee. New home just off Hwy 20 & close to Hwy 33. Four miles from BYU Idaho. Close to Walmart & eating establishments. Comfortable, cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath space with T.V. (Roku) Private entrance in the basement of our home (Sleeps 6) No living room or kitchen. Two bedrooms, hallway, nice bathroom with separate toilet/shower area. Microwave & mini-fridge in 1st bedroom closet. Completely private but I’m hear to meet your needs! (Check out our other units if this isn’t what you are looking for) Walkout basement area with picnic table. I love to meet & interact with guests but also respect your privacy! I am available on site most of the time but can be reached by phone or text if not. Quiet neighborhood away from city noise but close to shopping & eating establishments & Walmart is just a couple of miles away! Traveling north on Hwy 20, take Sugar City exit and Turn right on W. Center Street. Take a right soon thereafter on Hwy 33 and a left on W 3rd S Street. Turn right on Idaho Ave. Our home is the 1st house on the left. You are welcome to park at the east end of the driveway. You can also park on the street in front of our home (except during winter months, December-March) There is no living room or kitchen. It is 2 bedrooms, hallway, & a bathroom. (Sleeps 6) There is a microwave & mini-fridge in the main bedroom. T.V. with Roku in first bedroom. There is no A/C but because it’s in a basement, it stays nice & cool but if you need, a fan is available in the bedroom closet or you can always open the windows at night which helps! I have an iron & ironing board that I float between my 3 units that is available upon request!
