I live in the central valley do have a cleaning lady up the and a man that plows the driveway in the winter. I'm available by cell phone at reasonable hours of the day. Grover's Hot Springs are 2 miles up the road, Markleeville has several small restaurants to chose from. Many hiking trails in the area or just walk in the neighborhood for exercise.
