Hot Springs Retreat

Wow! Nestled in the Allegheny Mountains, this beautiful four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath, 3,600 sq ft contemporary farmhouse in the mountainside Sheep Meadow neighborhood of the Homestead Preserve can sleep up to ten. Relax in the rocking chairs on the covered wrap-around front porch or in front of the fireplace on the screened-in rear porch. At night, sleep in luxury in a master bedroom that is furnished with a king-size Westin Heavenly® bed. The house is decorated with beautiful artwork from around North America. Also for your enjoyment is an outdoor gas grill, miniature pool table, games, books, puzzles, high-speed wi-fi (100 mbps), five large flat-screen televisions, and cable television. If that's not enough, take advantage of the various activities at the nearby Omni Homestead Resort. On the main level of the house, you will find a living room, dining room, kitchen, master suite with full bath and private porch, screened-in back porch with fireplace, wrap-around covered front porch, laundry, and half bath. On the upper level, you will find a second master suite with a sitting area and full bath, another bedroom with its own full bath and furnished with bunked full beds and two twin beds (one trundle), and a study area with desk and bookshelf. On the lower level, you will find a family room, game area, fourth bedroom, full bath, and two-car garage. House sleeps 10: 1 king, 2 queens, 2 fulls (bunked), 2 twins. Restrictions: NO smoking and NO pets. In addition to use of the house, guests have access to Old Dairy Community Center (8 minute drive) with an outdoor pool (seasonal), hot tub, sauna, fitness center, locker rooms, and game rooms (including pool table and foosball). What to bring: Please bring your personal toiletry items, food, trash bags, spices, and any other consumables. One round of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, bath soap, and trash bag provided; please bring extras. Grocery store and Dollar General are nearby. For a fee, we can arrange for groceries of your choice and other consumables to be waiting at the house upon your arrival. If you are interested, please contact me to discuss.
