Cozy Cottage Just Steps From the Bay!

Adorable renovated cottage just steps from the bay. It's perfect for couples, small families or friends getaway weekends! The cottage has one bedroom with a super comfortable memory foam bed. Linens are included so no need to drag sheets and towels. The bathroom has a tub/shower, sink with vanity and toilet. We also have an outside shower to use after a day at the beach. The living room has a new pull out sofa bed, flat screen tv (Hulu TV) WiFi and plenty of books and magazines. The kitchen has all new appliances, dishes, utensils, glasses, pots/pans and everything you need to cook and bbq. There is a gas grill just off the deck. A nice screened in porch is off the kitchen area to sit and relax or read. We put together a manual for our guests filled with pamphlets of area restaurants, attractions, dog friendly beaches, shops and more. Our properties are all pet friendly. We love our dogs and know how important it is to bring your pet along on vacation. We accept one well behaved dog. There is an additional $30 per day pet fee ($125 max for a week). The cottage sits on a nice corner lot with off street parking. We have beach chairs for your use; no need to lug yours unless you have a favorite one. We also have beach tags available to use during your stay. These tags are needed for the beaches in Cape May. Guests are required to sign our lease agreement. Your home address will be needed for the lease. Please Note: we are building a 3 car garage with carriage house above on the back side of the property. There may be construction workers outside during the day working. We anticipate the project being completed by mid May 2022. It's a 15 minute ride into Cape May or to the beaches and boardwalk in Wildwood. If you like the casinos or outlet shopping you can always jump on the parkway and head to Atlantic City for the day or evening.
