Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen with a dishwasher Central air conditioning * Please note: the hot tub on the deck is locked and is not available for guest use Parking notes: Street parking is not allowed and will be strictly enforced. All renters shall park their cars inside the garages of the rental home. For instance, if there is a two-car garage, then two cars should be parked in the garage. If there are additional vehicles in the rental party, a maximum of two will be allowed to be parked overnight in the driveway. Any other cars may be parked in the Club parking lot. Other than temporary parking for loading and unloading, no boats or RVs are allowed to be parked on the property. For example, an RV may be parked at a rental home for an hour or so to load or unload, but may not be parked for any extended period of time or overnight. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
