Excellent hiking all around. Wonderful dining in Phoenicia and Woodstock, and fresh produce at local farm stands for home cooking. Large porch with porch swing and outdoor seating. New outdoor salt-water hottub. Pool table. Big-screen TV for netflix, amazon, etc., or DVDS (no cable or broadcast tv). In winter best to have a AWD/4WD. Sleeps 10. Master bedroom suite upstairs with private balcony and amazing view, king size bed and full bath (shower and tub); on main floor, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a room with two single beds, and a full bath (shower and tub); downstairs is a kids' bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and another full bath (shower).
