Summary: Welcome to our beautifully renovated and perfectly elegant 1960’s home. This fantastic house is fully equipped with every lovely and stylish amenity you could ever desire: we've got you covered from head to toe with the most lavish, plushest, softest, best smelling and most exquisite ones! Breathe in the fresh Texan air, sitting on the deck, and looking over the spacious garden with a 24 ft rounded pool. This fully renovated home has been designed with love, time, and effort, with stylish furnishings, pops of vibrant colors, and fascinating artwork throughout. Our home is a hop, skip and a jump from everything wonderful, exciting and vibrant that DFW has to offer. The Space: Top to bottom we will deck you out with our newly renovated house boasting all luxuries to make your stay as comfortable as possible: high speed WiFi, 55" smart TVs, nap-worthy couches, a great dining area etc etc. You get the point- we've got you (and every single one of your guests) covered! The master suite has a king size bed, dresser, a 42” smart TV and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #2 boasts a queen size bed. Next up is our lovely bedroom #3 has one queen size bed, a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk. Lastly, room #4 has 2 twin over twin bunk beds (please note the 4th bedroom will only be available for groups of 7+ people). You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all! Our back yard is spacious and safe, perfectly fenced in to make any parent with little munchkins feel relaxed and secure. And if that's not enough, our 24 ft rounded pool will keep you cool during our hot Texan summer days!!! The driveway can easily fit TWO cars, and rest assure there is plenty of free parking available on the street (if you plan on bringing more then 5 cars, please let us know first so we can help make arrangements). Guest Access: Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. You will find a shopping center (Galleria Of Dallas), a lot of restaurants, groceries and everything else you need close by! Getting Around: If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7. Other Things to Note: ★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property.
