Waters Edge, located right on Seneca lake, is a beautiful unique Duplex with two separate living areas. Ideal for families and friends who want to spend the days together, and retreat to separate sleeping quarters at night. Water's Edge offers breathtaking lake views throughout the house. You will see some of the most beautiful sunrises while enjoying coffee on the balcony, or just staying cozy in bed. Our home offers 2 separate private living spaces. The first-floor unit is adorned with floor to ceiling glass doors, that give you a relaxed feeling and a beautiful view of the lake as soon as you enter. This space has an open floor plan, the kitchen is adjacent to the plush living room with a smart TV. Off to the right is a small bathroom, with a shower and all the amenities you will need after a long day on the lake. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom area, and a bunk bed in a closed alcove for those extra loved ones sharing your lake experience. The second private living area is accessed through a separate entrance on the second floor. This area offers spectacular views, with a balcony where you can enjoy the calmness of the lake. The kitchen area opens up to a living area that hosts a smart TV, a pull-out couch, and an electric fireplace for cold evenings! There is a queen size bed located in a private bedroom. The bathroom in this second unit is also a shower only bathroom. Both units offer an awesome beach, dock, grill (propane provided), fire pit, and 2 kayaks with life jackets for your enjoyment. ***Visiting us for a special occasion or looking for a nice touch?
