The house is conveniently located in a residential neighborhood in the center of Keystone Heights, and is within walking distance to schools, downtown shops, baseball fields, tennis courts, public library and Keystone Beach on Lake Geneva. Keystone Heights is a small town in Northeast Florida located approximately half way between Gainesville and Middleburg, a 30 minute drive to each. Keystone Heights and the surrounding area are well known as the Lake Region, and provide numerous lakes, parks and recreation areas to enjoy. The quaint downtown has many local business for residents to browse and shop. Keystone Heights is also home to the esteemed Santa Fe College Watson Center which, along with college classes, has community education and programs for children.
