At check-in, you will be introduced to your personal House Manager, who is carefully selected and overly trained in the art of service. Our House Managers visit daily, and are available 24/7 in the hope to exceed anything you had expected. Welcome to the ABOVE Serenity Estate! This very private property boasts a view of the valley and greenbelt beyond the backyard. As you enter this property, you will see a cozy office to your left that will allow any work be executed in private and quiet. You will pass the beautifully appointed dining room on your right which regularly seats 8 diners. The living room boasts a comfortable sectional with plenty of space to relax, a lovely fireplace and a beautiful piano. The chef’s kitchen is stocked with all you need to create lovely meals and includes an induction cooktop. Just off the kitchen is the media room which is ready for your movie night- let us set up a popcorn and movie candy treat or better yet and ice cream sundae bar! As beautiful as the inside is, the outdoor gathering spaces will call to you. There are three separate outdoor lounging spaces for your guest group to spread out and relax. Enjoy grilling in the outdoor kitchen, or let us set up a chef dinner or BBQ Pitmaster for your stay. Around the pool are lounge chairs, dining chairs and yard games like washers or games from our yard game package. The peaceful backyard space is perfect for yoga, and we have instructors we can schedule to lead your practice. The Serenity Estate also has a Queen sofa bed and additional Frontgate beds set with ABOVE standard luxury linens- all with owner approval. All bedrooms are on the same level as this property is a single story home. The Primary bedroom features a King bed and en suite bathroom with a beautiful marble walk-in shower. The two Queen bedroom share a Jack and Jill bath. The media room has a Queen sleeper sofa and shares a bath with access from the hallway as well. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Upon approval, we will set the home for up to 10 guests using luxury Frontgate bed-height air mattress beds with foam toppers (upon request). A large group fee may apply. COVID-19 Enhanced Safety/Cleaning: In addition to our already rigorous cleaning procedures, we have implemented a robust checklist using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and high touched surfaces.
