Although it is attached, there is a door which separates this suite from the main house so there are no shared spaces. The neighborhood is quiet and a cul de sac so minimal traffic Parking in driveway in front of home. Wifi internet provided by Comcast, and 55" TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
