Additionally, because it is on the lake, it has direct access to groomed snowmobile trails, ice skating, sledding and cross country skiing. Better yet, it offers privacy since it sits on 4 acres of property. Besides the great location, the house itself is a gem. With 5 bedrooms it is perfect for multi-family use or big family get-togethers. Located on the top level of the house are the master bedroom suite and one guestroom. The master bedroom suite (includes a freshly painted full bath) contains a king size bed, has vaulted ceilings and a sliding glass door which leads to its own private balcony. The guest room also contains a king size bed and is en suite to a full newly renovated bathroom. This same bathroom has an additional door that provides access to it from the rest of the house. Located on the next level down are the great room, kitchen, dining area and TV room. The great room has an open concept floor plan.
