B303 is a third floor condominium unit in B building. Very convenient to pools, beach and tennis courts. B303 is a two bedroom standard unit that will accommodate up to six guests with a spacious 1050 sq. feet floor plan. This unit is fully furnished, and has a breathtaking view overlooking two of the three pools on our property and the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has TV/cable & DVD player, sofa that pulls out into a Queen size sleeper, and ceiling to floor sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The dining area includes a table that seats six and the kitchen is fully equipped. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a flat screen TV/cable, & and ceiling to floor sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The guest bedroom has two twin sized beds, a flat screen TV/cable, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. There is carpet in both bedrooms, the dining room and living room areas and tile floors throughout the remainder. This unit also includes a washer/dryer, and the balcony is furnished with a patio table and six chairs.
