Cute Dilworth Bungalow - Close to it All

My place is close to public transport, the airport, the city center, parks, and art and culture. You’ll love my place because of the location, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). The Space This cozy Dilworth bungalow has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It sits on a 0.25 acre lot with a large fenced in backyard. With a deck off the kitchen you can cook and easily enjoy a meal outside. The driveway can easily fit 3 cars so large groups can all drive. Guest Access Guests will be renting the entire home and will have access to all spaces. Interaction with Guests I live about a 5 minute drive from the house so I can be over at the house quickly if there's ever an issue. House Rules No smoking at all. Check-in time is 4PM - 11PM. Dogs can come but I'd need to discuss it first. There will be additional nightly fee for dogs. I charge $20/night for the first dog then an additional $10/night for each additional dog. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture or beds. Poop bags should be used for the backyard. I expect guests to maintain a level of cleanliness.
