Broad Street Farmer's Market is next door, Riverfront is 3 blocks away, City Island & downtown is 10 minutes walk. Hersheypark is only a short 20-25 minutes drive. Surrounded by fantastic bars, restaurants, art centers, cafe's and many others. The open floor plan with large rooms allows you to spread out. The location will give you many options to relax or play. You have a lot of separation for this home with 4 levels of living, including the finished basement. The spacious living room, kitchen, half bath and dining area are on the first floor. You will find 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 2nd floor. The third floor houses a spacious and bright 3rd bedroom. The finished basement is large. Great place for movies and playing music without disturbing the neighbors. The rear patio is nice and cool during the evening since it sits behind the home and blocks the sun. Enjoy your coffee/tea in the morning or some casual drinks in the evening. Very peaceful setting. There is a game room/2nd living room in the finished basement. We have a full size ping pong table, foosball and smart TV for sports viewing. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer is in the rear half. BEDS: 1 king, 1 queen and full size beds, 4 twins, 1 sofa bed (double), 1 futon (double), 1 adult cot with mattress CAN SLEEP: 10-12 people easily **THINGS TO NOTE** TRASH DAY: for our guests that are on longer stays OR you are staying up to Sunday or Monday, please be sure to take the trash out to the curb in the rear yard to the right under the big tree. Much appreciated. PARKING: you are in the city so parking is a premium here. Only one free reserved parking spot in the back - not ideal for dual axle trucks or box trucks. Additional cars must be parked on the street with permit or meter parking. Permit can be obtained at City Hall or you can pay my gal to help you (depending on her availability). Cost is around $10 but subject to change per the city. Rooftop access is not permissible at this time so please do not attempt it. No car is needed if you're just visiting the city and staying in the city. You can walk to most everything from this house. HOUSE RULES: - no shoes inside the house - please report anything not acceptable within 1 hour of check-in; anything not reported within this time is considered you accepting the house as-is and no accommodations will be made thereafter - internet services, cable tv and weather are beyond our control and thus has no bearing on us making any reparations should it become an issue - no smoking on premises $500 -1,500 fine for smoke remediation - no loud music at anytime - quiet hours are 8pm - 10am - absolutely no unregistered guests or pets: results in $200 fine per guest or pet and potential loss of your stay; this is for insurance coverage as well so please do not put anyone at risk - do not mess with our security cameras: $500 fine - be respectful of neighbors and please keep to yourself - absolutely no baby wipes or feminine products shall be flushed in the toilet; only toilet paper please; if sewage line is clogged, you will be responsible for a very expensive fix and lost bookings as a result of the repairs Please contact us should any issues arise.
