Summary: This house is on 45 acres of rolling hills and woods nestled beside the river. We are a short drive from Fall Creek Falls, Rock Island State Park and Burgess Falls as well as numerous other state parks and local attractions. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all amenities as well as an additional guest room that has a futon. It has a washer and dryer. The dining room table seats four with a bar counter that seats an additional four. There is also a propane grill and outdoor fire pit. Queen in master bedroom, full in second bedroom and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom, full futon in bonus room and the couch is no longer a couch . We require all guests to complete guest portals for information verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, to complete the guest portal. Non-Airbnb guests are required a security deposit through the guest portal. Airbnb guests are required a security deposit through Airbnb. Up to 3 pets are allowed with a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $100 per stay. Our team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM Central to address your questions and concerns. We are VERY STRICT on no parties and no smoking! If either of these occur you will be subject to a minimum $350 charge. For any food deliveries, shipt.com will deliver them all to you. Normal sleeping capacity is 6 but we allow up to a maximum of 8 guests. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $5 per person per night for the 7th -8th guest. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Central.
