All of the surfaces in our POSHPADZ Properties are cleaned with Anti-virus cleaners which kill 99.9% of viruses for 24 hours. Our brand new luxury Poolside Villa is a first floor with elevator 2 king bed 2 bath unit with large private balcony screened overlooking the Jupiter Bay Pool. Carlin Beach Park is a short 2 minute walk which is located just across from Jupiter Beach. Sleeper sofa is in the living room. The community offers a heated pool, tennis courts, and racquetball court. Short walk to the beach from unit. POSHPADZ Easy Walk to Beach, Shops & Restaurants Please note: all POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags. *PLEASE NOTE: *All arrivals later than 10pm will be subject to a $150.00 late night check in fee due upon arrival as per rental agreement. *All arrivals & Departures on 12/24-12/25-12/31-1/1 will be subject to a $150.00 holiday check in convenience fee due upon arrival- No exceptions. All guests are greeted by POSHPADZ staff, walked around the property to check no damages in the property. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel.
