Bayside Rentals Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be changed or cancelled in the first 7 days after your initial deposit with no penalties, we will refund 100% of your deposit to you. Cancellations after the 7 days will not be refundable unless we are able to re-rent the week. If we are able to do so, you will be returned all monies paid less a $75 Cancellation Fee.
