With respect to my guest and our global community we are making safety our number one priority. Extra care and detail cleaning is taken to make sure that the house is sanitize . It’s important that we limit our guest turn overs in order to reduce the Risk of the corona virus contact . For that reason , I am only allowing 4 day stays or more per booking . This limits the quick turnovers and provides us extra time to properly sanitize . If for some emergency you need the house for a shorter time stay then the 4 days , please do a request. Until we have more clarity on the virus , I want you to know that I’m looking out for everyone’s safety . Thank you! Spacious 4 bedroom house in a safe, quiet, lovely neighborhood. Laundry room available. Excellent location; within 10-20 min drive to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and public transportation. Easy access to 205 hwy or hwy 5, short distance from Portland. Large private backyard, with a fountain. Host is just a phone call away. Home is cozy and comfy. It will be your home away from home. * Three of the bedrooms have queen beds with extra bedding, pillows and spacious closets. * The fourth room has a trundle bed with two twin mattress. * One of the queen mattress is a memory foam and the others are pillow tops mattresses. *air mattress available *There is a blow dryer, curling iron, ironing board, and detergent to do laundry. *The kitchen is stock with cookware, glasses, cups and plates. *Living area has 55 in TV with cable, on demand, phone line , utube,including a DVD player, movies, children books and magazines. *Second T.V. is in the upstairs room ( basic air channel & u tube )—-with a desk for computer use or writing. *Nice bench in front of house to relax and get fresh air. *Full use of backyard where you can BBQ enjoying the view of fruit trees. *Coffee pot for the morning or tea with some treats. * Water is available and some toilette's in case you forgot a thing or two. * This home is not child proof but I do have a baby gate for the upstairs for some safety. * washer& dryer * WiFi * two AC units upstairs in two separate rooms - No shoes in house - No smoking inside- outside OK - No parties - No sleeping on Sofas**** - No loud noise before 7 am or after 10pm -consideration for neighbors - Only register guests allowed- extra unregistered guess will be charged - Please lock up house when going out for the day. Everything in the house is for an on a itemized list, anything taken from the house or broken will need to be reimbursed and replaced. **If there is any services that had to be done after check out, for example... carpet cleaning, stain removal, plumber, holes in the wall, a receipt for theses services will be given to airbnb resolution center to be resolved. **-Any disturbance, where police is involved, guest will be asked to leave with no refund . **Government ; ID may be showed upon arrival before key exchange. A picture will be taken to confirm the guest is registered. **locals must request a booking BEFORE DEPARTING: - Put garbage in the garbage bags or in the outside cans before leaving - check in at 3 pm and check out at 11 am -- late fee of $25--check out after 2 pm will be charge a full day--- maid service arrives on time - wet or dirty towels can be gather and left on bathroom floor. -security deposit of $200 for damage - Dishes to be wash before leaving----soap is available --turn lights off, TV, and thermostats before departing. Put keys back in lock box. please make sure it close correctly. - Please note the rules are not to be rude or insult but to provide fairness to all guest.
