There are water , electricity and washrooms on site. There are around 50 parking lots . We're always just a phone call away. It's set for self-check-in / out or our worker serves Our farm located in East Gwillingbury,ON. It's only 2-3 mins to HWY404 8 mins drive to Newmarket.There are Costco, Walmart,Superstore.Food basic,FreshCo,Shopper drug Mart,Beer store,LCBO,Wineshop,Candian Tire,Home Depot,Restaurants,Pizza stores.Silvecity Cinemas and almost all the thing you need. 2 mins drive to Pleasant Run Golf Club 2km 3 mins drive to Shawneeki Golf Club.2.4km 11 mins drive to Proctor Park. Welcome, Here are some guidelines to help you have a pleasant stay as well as other details to know. 1. Due to hygienic concerns, the toothbrush and paste are not provided, please bring your own 2. Noise-Although our farm is surrounded by forest and our neighbors live a little bit far, but our neighbor's value their area to be quiet. Please respect our neighbors by outdoor noise to low late night, Noise outside or fireworks after11:00 pm is absolutely not allowed, No music shouting, excessive drinking, Quiet time is 11:00 pm-8: 00 am. Any noise complaints received by a neighbor may be permanently terminated.permanentlyterminated. 3. Thank you for being honest as to the number of guests who will be occupying the home. No guests or Visitors at the property without prior consent of the Owner. In case the unregistered person or persons found on the property, the owner has the right to cancel the accommodation. Additional guests will be allowed if they are willing to pay the small extra amount for each guest. If you have more than 16 people of the group, Maxim Accommodate 20 people, Please let me know, I will adjust the price. if you would like to rent for a week or more, You will get a great deal. 4. Dishes- Welcome you make nice foods and enjoy your meals like at your home. Should you wish to use the dishwasher, the dish-washing detergent is in the cupboard under the sink. Please put back all the dishes after use and PLEASE do not leave a mess. 5. Garbage and Recycling-Please be careful not to leave food garbage outside for the night to avoid annoying animals, Put all the garbage accumulated during your stay in the garage beside upon departure. There are extra garbage bags below the sink in the kitchen. Don't forget all your personal belongings. 6. BBQ-Please make sure BBQ Grill is cleaned off and turned off the Tank after using. We do have a propane tank on site but might not be able to provide a full tank. Propane tanks can be filled at Food basic. 7. Fire-Welcome you to bring your own firewood to enjoy time around fire-pit. Fire pit should be extinguished when you leave for sleeping or departure, the wind is strong enough to cause a fire. Otherwise, you would be responsible for any fire damage. 8. Please leave the farm in essentially the shape you found it, If something is damaged or there is an issue please let us know immediately and do not leave it for us figure out after you are gone. 9. You probably need to bring some disposable bowls ?forks ?spoons ( If you don’t want to wash them and take more time to enjoy in the farm, and paper cups ?napkins, even though I have tableware here. There is additional toilet paper on the second floor of the closet. Welcome to use. 10. The house is privately owned. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, loss of personal belongings or valuable items of the guest that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed on the use of premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Please take all the responsibility for your safety during your stay. 11. Check-in: Key Code will be sent to you before your stay or our doorman open for you. 12.Security Deposit: Please respect home, If you damage the home or left house too mess, will automatically charge up to $2000 and an additional cleaning fee.
