WE ARE OPEN AND ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS. WE HAVE REWORKED OUR PROCEDURES TO COMPLY WITH THE CDC TO CONTAIN THE SPREAD OF COVID-19. DURING STAYS WE CONTINUE TO USE OUR ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOL TO THOROUGHLY CLEAN AND DISINFECT THE UNIT BETWEEN RESERVATIONS TO KEEP OUR GUESTS SAFE DURING THEIR STAY. (Laundry is available to guests with stays 7-nights or longer only). OPEN YEAR ROUND - 2 night minimum stay. In 2019 - we celebrated our 10th year hosting guests from all over the world! Periwinkle Cottage (located on Broadway Terrace) this charming carriage house offers guests 2 townhouse units to choose from. The nightly rate does not include the cleaning fee. The Lodging Tax and Service Fee are paid separately.. Rates posted are based on Double Occupancy (maximum 2 guests only). Cameras on the outside of the property only. Periwinkle Cottage is a few short blocks to the village center, Bearskin Neck, beaches, train and the Shalin Liu Performance Center. Unit 1 (approximately 550 square feet) offers guests a warm and welcoming space with bold artwork and light colored walls. This unit includes a first floor bathroom with stall shower, kitchen, climate control (A/C), with a second floor Queen-size bedroom and access to the shared laundry room. (Laundry room accessible for guest with stays 7-nights or longer). Unit 1 sleeps 2 guests only. Property is family owned and operated since 2010 (dba An Extra Bed Vacation Rentals).
