What's nearby: This home is ideally located in an area celebrated for its boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, and cycling, just eight miles north of the shopping and dining of downtown Coeur d'Alene. You'll be less than half a mile from the Hayden Lake Marina, three miles east of central Hayden, and 16 miles south of Silverwood Theme Park. Spend day after day out on the water, easily accessed from your private dock and boat slip or from the Hayden Lake Marina. Tee off at the Hayden Lake Country Club or play the fairways at one of Coeur d'Alene's many golf courses. Thank you! Parking notes: Please do not park in the paved area just before the property entrance. The entrance to the home passes through the neighbor's access to their own driveway. There is also no parking allowed on the roadside by the dock. Narrow driveway access and tight turnaround in the parking area. No RV's due to size of turnaround area, boat trailers may be a challenge to turn around. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
