The two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, the third bedroom contains a large desk and a Herman Miller Aeron chair. Air conditioning and tankless water heater. Commercial washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, cooking items, etc. Luxury bedding with down comforters and down pillows. Lots of extra towels and linens. Fully licensed and insured. Professionally managed and maintained. Home is available on a long-term, month-to-month basis as well. $5,000/month includes twice a month housekeeping, yard work and all utilities including internet and cable. In addition to the regular cleaning, all switches, doorknobs, handles, remotes, etc are disinfected. The furnace has a UV light that operates 24/7 to also kill any pathogens in the ducting.
