Beach Walk 1

. Welcome to Beach Walk 1 on beautiful Sanibel Island, Florida. Our wonderful duplex cottage style property offers two bedrooms/one bathroom and a full kitchen as well as spacious living area and screened porch. The cottage has undergone a renovation with a new kitchen, new furnishings, paint, bathroom, flooring and more. The grounds are nicely maintained and have a laundry room and storage with beach equipment. Speaking of the beach, as we are along Donax St and towards the beach end of the road, you're just a five minute walk to the sand. Our cottage can accommodate up to four guests comfortably and even your furry friend with approval and an additional, non-refundable pet fee.
