If you are looking for a relaxing get away with family, girls weekend, wedding, sporting events, shopping trip, or visiting MSU, this beautiful, executive, lake front home on Lake Lansing with scenic lake views and all the amenities of home is for you. Master bedroom with king size bed and attached bath; second bedroom with queen size bed and attached bath; third bedroom has a bunk bed + trundle bed (twin, full and twin mattresses). Second and third bedroom share a Jack & Jill type bathroom. All 3 bedrooms are on the second level. Fourth sleeping area is a Murphy queen sized bed (wall bed unit) in lower level living area with full bathroom nearby. Large kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, cooking supplies, pantry items, etc. Large deck with gas grill and gas fire pit, 4 comfortable chairs for relaxing. Lake front patio with fire pit (and wood to burn), perfect for roasting marshmallows or watching the ducks and herons. Large swimming area with sandy bottom. Paddle board available to use. TV's in every bedroom, and in 1st and 2nd floor living areas. Free Wi-Fi. Parking for 8+ vehicles on paved driveway. Very open floor plan with living areas on main and upper floor. No issues with children of all ages. Just be sure you are aware of proximity to lake front (about 50' off lake). Additional sleeping options include a sofa, overstuffed chairs and air mattresses. Just 10 minutes to Michigan State University. Fine dining with restaurants such as Capital Prime, Mitchell's Fish Market, Bravo, PF Changs, Smokey Bones and more. Several brew pubs are close by with dozens of local craft beers. Bergdorf's winery is a few miles away. Parks, walking trails and bike trails are within walking distance. Sporting events such as Lansing Lugnut's baseball, MSU football, hockey, basketball are only a short drive. Golf - Timber Ridge, Hawk Hollow, Forest Akers await. Public boat launch is a three blocks away and there is a dock on the property that you can moor your own boat. Be aware that the lake is shallow in some areas, so boats over 30' are not recommended. Water skiing and tubing are allowed - no motor size restrictions. Fishing is allowed and some say "best bass lake in Michigan!" There should be no issues with children. Renter will need to be able to use stairs to access second floor bedrooms. No parties or events are allowed. The lake community is very quiet and intimate. It is not an appropriate place for individuals looking to celebrate a loud birthday party or event. Our neighbors have often contact local law enforcement for renters who have violated our house rules and we support them doing so.
