Bayside Rentals Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be changed or cancelled in the first 7 days after your initial deposit with no penalties, we will refund 100% of your deposit to you. Cancellations after the 7 days will not be refundable unless we are able to re-rent the week. If we are able to do so, you will be returned all monies paid less a $75 Cancellation Fee. Perfect family vacation rental home on beautiful Alton Bay! This spacious 3 level duplex with attention to detail throughout, awaits you and your family to start building memories. The main level has a custom kitchen with granite counter tops, dining area with room for plenty, living room with stone gas fireplace and deck with retractable awnings. The lower level provides a roomy entertainment area with a wet bar, a pool table and patio with sweeping views of the lake and mountains beyond. The upper level has three bedrooms including a Master Bedroom overlooking the Bay with a custom window seat. Please inquire with a reservation specialist about renting both sides of the duplex as one unit able to sleep 16 guests! There is shared waterfront directly across the street for swimming - steps off the dock to enter into the lake. Boat dock may be available for an additional charge with Owner's approval. There are also two public swimming areas nearby: the community beach just a short walk down the street and another swimming area across the Bay. Your family will also enjoy fantastic Alton Bay Dining, ice cream and mini golf. The duplex shares property with it's opposite unit and a few other cottages. SLEEPS 8! PLEASE NOTE: Linens and towels are not included in this rental so please inquire about renting these items when making your reservation as they are on a first come, first serve basis. Security deposit will be refunded by credit card or company check and within three weeks of your departure.
