Ocean Beach/Corneille Est, Fire Island Beach House

SEPTEMBER HAS THE BEST WEATHER OF THE YEAR...! This spacious house is only steps from the beach. It is privately located right off Surf Road which borders Ocean Beach and Corneille Estates. The house has 3 decks, one in the front, one in the back in the main level and a roof top deck with the most amazing view of the ocean and bay! There is an open floor concept living room and dining room. The living room has 3 sofas. There is DirectTV, DVD and WiFi available. There is a modern kitchen with all the amenities and a great breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from the living area. The 2 decks are on the main level. There is an outdoor shower with separate changing room in the ground level. The back deck has lounge chairs and table, BBQ grill and electric retracting canopy. On the main level, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and ½ bathroom. On the second level, there is another big bedroom with 4 beds and a 1/2 bathroom. Because the house is on stilts there are three walls of windows with wonderful views. Then there is the roof top deck over-looking the entire fire island from ocean to bay. You can even spot the lighthouse! Please note: Monday check in is 10am and Friday check out is 10am Weekend rental: Friday check in is 3pm and Sunday check out is 3pm.
