On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms with a full bathroom (tub/shower) in the center hallway. The master bedroom has a king bed with satellite TV and overlooks the river. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area. This property has a total of 864 square feet. The few steps leading into the property are heated so there are never icy steps to deal with. There is a charcoal grill on the back patio for your use. No washer/dryer and no trailer parking.
