Winterfell - Beautiful BeachHouse (Beach Private!)

On the Beach!!! Your back stairs end in the sand. Nestled in Brant Rock, on the Green Harbor Line about 35 minutes from Boston or Cape Cod, this well maintained, turnkey home features 3 bedrooms plus a small kid's loft and 2 full bathrooms. The house is two levels, and has a rear walk out that goes directly down only 8 porch steps into the sand on the beach. It sits on a quiet beach that changes daily with the tide. Some days have all sand, some days show thousands of pebbles and rocks, and some days draw calm waters or big waves. Great for kids. This private cove is yours, however you can always just drive a little further up the beach (north or south) to Green Harbor Beach, or Rexhame for larger beaches with larger crowds. First Floor: Downstairs you'll find a spare bedroom with a queen sized adjustable fold-up futon (making this room capable of being a bedroom for a couple, or to serve as a second TV living room for the kids.) The first floor also has a wide hallway that doubles as a small sitting room. There is another bedroom on the first floor with 2 twin size bunk beds (to sleep four people or kids) and a full bathroom with shower is also on this floor. Second Floor: The open and connected kitchen and TV living room are on the 2nd floor overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and a skylight pours over them bringing abundant natural light during the day. The kitchen has some recent updates. The master bedroom is also located on this floor with a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower. This floor also accesses a small stairway to a "child's loft." This little area is a perfect "cubby play area" for kids, or a sleep space for them. The house is convenient to Green Harbor Marina, golf, the Fair Grounds, restaurants, shopping & more! All renters will receive a welcome packet with information on local food and night life. This house sits just a short walk (or near instantaneous drive) to The Point restaurant, which is famous for it's seafood, outside roof deck, and bar open until 11pm nightly. And of course Brant Rock center has plenty of dining and bars and essentials (Haddad's, The Jetty, Venue II, etc). We prefer that all guests bring their own washables (e.g. pillows, linens, and towels).
