LIVING AREAS In this open and spacious living room, watch shows on the Roku TV flat screen from the modern furniture including two sofas. The sofas open to reveal one full and twin size beds for additional guests. KITCHEN & DINING Clean contemporary design kitchen, complete with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances - including a electric range, refrigerator and dishwasher. It is well appointed with all the tools and basic supplies you will need to cook a great meal. For your enjoyment a Cuisinart Keurig single serve brewing system and complimentary capsules are provided. The dining area has seating for four while the center island can seat an additional two. BEDROOMS & BATHS This home includes two bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 4 guests with additional sleeping in the living area and two bathrooms. The main bedroom features a queen bed, closet, en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, writing desk with rolling chair and Roku TV. The second bathroom has a shower. The second bedroom holds a queen bed and closet. OUTDOOR AREA The back porch has seating for two and features a propane gas grill. Fenced back yard with private dinning and sitting area. Shared play area with soccer net. EXTRA AMENITIES Off street parking is available in the driveway and street parking is on a first come, first serve basis. Hair dryer, iron/ironing board, washer/dryer are provided with laundry detergent/dryer sheets available. Roku TV, local TV and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. Guests can use the Roku TV to log into their personal Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, Amazon, or other accounts. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, linens are provided. A light weekly cleaning can be provided at no extra cost for stays longer than 14 nights.
