Gas FP w/ Pristine Private Entry Studio @ Polaris

Your studio apt is cleaned meticulously & set up for COVID protection. For your protection, the studio has it’s own separate dedicated Air Conditioning/Heat and 2 HEPA Air Purifiers. We follow all Covid cleaning guidelines & beyond what they ask and set up procedures for your safety. We are obsessive clean freaks so everything (including light switches & knobs) is cleaned and sanitized after each guest with Clorox wipes. The studio apartment offers you your own wooded serene environment while close to the city. You will have your own private living space w/ private entry, kitchenette, bathroom, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, covered patio & fire pit. Our goal is to provide a peaceful, comfortable, clean, and safe space so you rest & enjoy yourself as if you were home. Top Golf, IKEA, Cabela’s, & Polaris Fashion Place are 3-5 minutes away. Otterbein University is 5-7 mins away. Ohio State University is 15-20 minutes away. Easton 15-20 mins away. Below is a description of the private studio with private outdoor space: The living space is designed for comfort and rest. It includes a new couch with two large recliners, tables, a large desk, a rocker, a new ipong chair, bookshelves, and plenty of shelving for your personal items. There is a 50" Smart TV with the addition of Spectrum Cable above the gas fireplace. In addition, we offer a Private Guest WiFi. The small kitchenette includes a table & 2 chairs, a small refrigerator & a large refrigerator for extended stay guests, a small convection microwave oven (operates as an oven and as a microwave), 3 different types of coffee makers to choose from including a Pour Over, a Keurig coffee maker, & a drip coffee maker, a sink with garbage disposal, toaster, electric skillet, 2 single induction burners with pots and pans,and other essentials. There is a large walk in closet with plenty of hanging space as well as 2 dressers, a full length mirror, and an iron & ironing board. This feature helps make it an ideal space for extended stay lodging. In attempting to provide you with a good night's sleep we have chosen high quality mattress, upscale sheets, blankets, and duvet for the queen size bed. You will also find your choice of pillows from soft, Hilton's medium down pillows, and Brookstone Biosense Memory (which is firm). There are reading lamps on each side of the bed that move from side to side and go up and down for you reading pleasure & comfort. There is a ceiling fan above the bed for those that prefer moving air over them as they sleep. ALL bed linens including mattress cover & duvet are washed after every guest. The bathroom has a new vanity, sink, toilet, and bathroom ceiling heater. There is a walk-in shower with seating, shelves and a couple of drawers. We have selected nice towels for your use and other nice additions. There is a powerful blowdryer, a wall make-up mirror, curling iron under the sink for your use. For the bath we offer the natural EVERYDAY BY Alaffia products of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, & body lotion. In addition, we have many extra items such as a shower cap, hairspray q-tips, cotton makeup remover pads, good disposable earplugs, etc... here should you need them. If you enjoy nature you will see plenty of wildlife as the outside wall is floor to ceiling windows. We love birds and intentionally seek to bring them in. So there will be binoculars for you to use should you so choose. Weekly if not daily you will see deer in addition to the other common wildlife. If you have children or they visit there is a trampoline, a swing set which includes a baby swing, tetherball, basketball area, and more. Know that we would be thrilled for all of it to be used and enjoyed. We have a pack in play for an infant or toddler as well as baby jumper, changing set, play mat with mobile, & more. We have an extra long twin mattress & plenty of bedding near to washer and dryer that you can bring out for a child to sleep on or lay down one or both of the reclining couch. We love nature and flowers and so depending on the time of year you may be surrounded by flowers, gardens, and the beauty of nature. Behind our wooded property is Top Golf. You will see the poles & nets as you come down our street but not from our yard. Daily you will hear birds and see deer meander through the woods or yard. Afternoons & evenings if sitting outdoors (& depending on wind and cloud cover) you may hear Top Golf’s music or perhaps wish you could. You can walk the path through the woods to Top Golf, IKEA or Swensons for a burger. While we cannot offer smoking inside the studio but you are welcome to smoke on the patio or at the fire pit. We are just off of the east side of the new Gemini Exit @ I-71. We are literally 3-5 mins to Top Golf, IKEA, Cabela's & Polaris Mall. We are a couple in our early 60's and both of us work out of our home. We love family and welcoming people on tom our property. Our aim is that you will feel comfortable, safe, find rest, peace and can enjoy your visit while in the area. In other words, we hope you will feel at home. We like to offer people a private peaceful place to retreat and feel safe while traveling this includes having a professionally monitored security system including outdoor cameras that are turned off unless you ask us to leave them on upon your arrival & your time enjoying the patio or property. We hope the comfort of our space will help you to feel at home and enjoy yourself. We tend to give guests their space and so if you see us it may just be when we are watering or perhaps shoveling the snow from the walkway & driveway. If you would like less privacy we make ourselves available. We also send our guests before arrival our private mobile numbers so they can reach us with questions or needs. We require that the guest who books the property submit a copy of a government issued ID after booking. We look forward to hosting you!
