GUPPY'S HIDEAWAY

This @1800 square foot daylight basement apartment has two separate entrances and a gravel driveway of its own that takes you right to the door. It is fully furnished with three bedrooms, a bath and a half, a kitchen, an office, a living room with an eating area. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a sitting area. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has one full size bed. It comfortably sleeps 6 and a queen-size air mattress with all the bedding is also available for 2 additional guests, if needed ($15 fee). The main bathroom has a large jetted tub, two shower heads and a rain shower over a bench. It has two sinks and a separate toilet area. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and dishes. It also has a toaster, crock pot, a microwave, an oven, stove top burners, and a dishwasher, as well as a large two basin sink. In addition, there is a center island and two stools in the kitchen. The main living area has a sofa, love seat, and a leather chair and a half with a large screen TV. There is also a dartboard area and a dining table with 4 stools. The office has a small desk and the thermostat for the apartment. (The rest of the office is for homeowners use only, please. ) The wifi connection is good throughout the apartment. There are extra toiletries, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, spices, coffee and fixings, and plenty of extra linens. There is a gas grill in back for your enjoyment as well. Maximum of eight guests. Only two cars on premises per booking, unless approved by host in advance. Please note: Our rates are set to be reasonable and in line with local hotels and other rentals. We want to accommodate all size groups, so the base rate is set for four guests. After four, an additional fee is added for each guest ($15). Please respect our policy and be up front with us about the number of guests in your party when reserving our apartment. Thank you.
