As in all ground-level home, guests are always pleased with the ease of access inside and out. This property is fully updated with stainless appliances and all new furnishings. There is a shared washer & dryer between the two sides. In the living room, it features a flat-screen smart TV plus a pullout couch. The bedroom features a queen bed. The large screened-in porch is ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You have your own bbq and bait freezer right in the side of the porch. This comes fully furnished, plus all linens and towels are provided. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, drinkware & utensils. It also comes with wifi, AC/Heat, bait freezer, washer & dryer, and plenty of storage. Shared washer, dryer, fish cutting table with the other side if rented during the same time period. There are 20ft of dockage for this side.  Max Boat Size 18ft NO TRAILER PARKING AVAILABLE FOR THIS SIDE  Assigned Parking at the front of the Duplex 1 Vehicle Only no Boat Trailer Parking Extra Public Parking On Overseas curb on the top of the street. Pet Friendly - please ask about pets as there are restrictions & weigh limits. Max pets: 2 under 40 pounds each (all animals must be crated when left alone. Animals should not be crated all day. Pets must not stay un attended while loose)- NO CATS  You must be 25 and older to book and must be present for the duration of the reservation.
