Spacious island bedroom 2 has a queen and bedroom 3 has 2 sets of bunk beds, both have access to a full bath. 2nd level has a queen master suite with full bath and upgraded rain shower, large great room with vaulted ceiling and panoramic views of sound, 3 sets of glass doors give access to the deck and hot tub for spectacular elevated waterfront views. If you want a vacation on the water’s edge - you'll love SOUND EFFECT! You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Parking notes: Please park in the driveway, total maximum vehicles: 4 - Parking on the lawn is not allowed as this may cause damage to the home's septic system.
