An authentic adobe casita built by local craftsmen in the early 1900s, with exquisite western views of the mesa, mountains and sunset. Modern updates (bathroom and electric) have preserved the original peaceful vibe that only a true adobe structure creates. Most guests discover they have a great night's sleep cradled inside thick adobe walls in this quiet country village. You may even catch a glimpse of the train out the window, which passes twice daily headed east-west on the original ATSF line which borders the edge of the property. The casita is a stand-alone building with the tranquil, grounded vibe created by solid adobe walls . You'll enjoy a private patio with an uninterrupted sunset view to the west across the mesa to the mountains. You're welcome to walk around the outside of our 1-acre historic property, built in the 1880s. For a more thorough tour, please ask Jesse before entering gated areas.
