Located within the gated and secured community of StillWaters on Lake Martin (Alabama), this fully renovated condominium offers you and your guests breathtaking, panoramic, and deep water views of the lake. This vacation rental condo is a part of 'Lakes and Land at Sunset Point Condominiums' complex. Wake up in the morning to the sunrise from the master bedroom or balcony and relax in the evening watching the sunset from the family room or balcony. Spectacular sunsets are frequent, so you will want to bring your camera. The condo includes a beautiful and private (for the building) salt-water heated pool (overlooking the lake), a large pavilion for relaxing and grilling by the pool, large white sand beach, large sun bathing area by the pool, fishing pier, and year round deep water boat docks (all right at your condo). Water toys are available for free at the beach (paddle boards, canoe, and kayaks). This vacation rental includes a Rental Agreement between the host and the guest. This Rental Agreement is not meant as a restrictive measure on you (our valuable guest). The Rental Agreement is utilized as a communication vehicle to detail the expectations during the rental period. Two main items for you to consider for a condo rental at Lake Martin. The 1st is the "view". This condo has spectacular, year-round, and panoramic deep water views (unobstructed) from the large Master Bedroom, Balconies (2), Living Area, and Kitchen. The 2nd is "deep water". This condo has approximately a 10 ft depth from the edge of the pier to the lake bed (April-September). The floating boat docks allow for year round deep water docking. Regardless of the lake level, the boat docks are in deep water. There are also 6 docking positions for boats, jet skis, and water toys. There are ample amenities provided in this condo that will have you thinking this is your home away from home. This is a 3rd floor unit (allowing for stunning views) and only has one set of stairs (17 steps), due to the gentle slope of property. The condo is conveniently located in close proximity to the area restaurants (Coppers Grill, Niffers Place, Poplar Dawgs, Chucks Marina, Lake Martin Pizza and Oskars). The condo is located 30 miles from Auburn, 50 miles from Montgomery, 95 miles from Birmingham and 125 miles from Atlanta. For all activities at Auburn and Auburn University (football games, basketball games, graduation, visiting family, prospective students, and shopping) this condo offers you, your family, and guests a quiet and family-affordable place to relax and unwind while experiencing the breathtaking views Lake Martin has to offer. Worried about wet swimsuits, towels, and clothes? Did you get wet or did someone throw you in the Lake? Yes, there is a washer and dryer in the condo including an ironing board and iron. While you wait on your clothes to dry, you can relax in one of the jetted tubs, as there is one in each bathroom. You can get ready for that special evening out with your own make-up area. Do not worry at all about renting this condo on the Lake during the cooler months. You will stay comfortable and cozy with the gas furnace. And yes, the living area has a gas fireplace right below the monster screen TV. There are 3 TVs supplied. One in each bedroom and then the monster TV in the Living Area. You can stream You Tube TV, Netflix or Amazon Prime from the condo accounts. Just switch the smart TV in the Living Area to your favorite movie source. High-speed WiFi is also supplied throughout the condo complex including the parking lot, pool, pavilion, beach, pier, and docks. If you will need boat trailer parking, please contact your host for availability and assistance 14 days in advance. The closest and most convenient boat ramp is Harbor Point Marina. There is a charge for each ramp use, but the marina is only 1 mile from the condo. Please pay attendant inside the Marina store. Ramp closes at 4:30 pm (Spring, Summer) and 4:00 pm (Fall and Winter). A boat dock slip is available for you at the condo.
