In the evening, get cozy by the wood-burning fireplace and settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the smart TV. Added amenities include a foosball table and a dartboard in the upstairs game area. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare delicious meals in the updated kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a farm sink. Make your morning coffee on the provided Keurig machine. BED & BATH This two-story home sleeps six guests between three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed and a smart TV. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom comes with a twin futon, a smart TV, and a selection of games. The two bathrooms are each configured with a tub/shower combination. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway; the driveway has a shared entrance. During snowy conditions, tire chains or an all-wheel-drive vehicle are advised to navigate the steep driveway. Street parking is not permitted. The home does not have air-conditioning or a dishwasher. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.
