This deck is also equipped with two beach chairs and a convenient outdoor dining area in case you'd like to spice up mealtime with marvelous mountain and lake views. Here you'll enjoy first row seats for unforgettable sunrises and sunsets that will make it all worthwhile. Back inside, this lakefront retreat offers guests a bright interior with wooden touches here and there, a spacious living area that is perfect for gatherings and movie nights, and unobstructed Lake Pend Oreille views from every window. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has everything you need and more to channel your inner chef and surprise the group with delicious meals and snacks. Boat tie-ups are available off of the deck, but please keep in mind that the owner's boat will be on-site in their private slip, so we ask you not to go on their boat. What's nearby: This floating home is located right on Lake Pend Oreille, which is Idaho's deepest and biggest lake! Here you can find plenty of parks, boat launches, and try your hand at boating, wildlife spotting, and fishing. Right off this home's deck you can fish, float, and watch the lovely ducks swim by. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
