We are situated in the heart of Sidney by the Sea which is a quaint seaside town with cobble sidewalks and sculptures by local artists.. Our home is beautifully detailed with modern furniture and artwork. The 1000 sq foot open concept seems even more spacious with its 9 foot ceilings featuring crown mouldings and light hardwood floors. The modern kitchen with granite counter tops is completely outfitted with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Complimentary fresh ground coffee, teas, spices and condiments are provided. There is a dining area as well as bar seating at the kitchen peninsula. There are two spacious private bedrooms with queen beautyrest beds and fine linens. The two full bathrooms have granite counter tops, heated tile floors and quality bath products. There is a beautiful, spacious private deck off the living room. Secure parking for one vehicle is provided. Our games chest is stocked with family games as well as a ton of lego for the kids. The ocean is three blocks away with a beautiful walking path along the waterfront with spectacular views of Mt. Baker and the Gulf Islands. There is a fishing pier that is ideal for crabbing and a crab trap and information are available for your use upon request. The location of our condo allows you easy access to the Victoria airport and BC Ferries. Victoria is a 20 min drive and there are many attractions easily accessible such as the world famous Butchart Gardens, local wineries, golf courses, beaches, farmers markets and much more. If you prefer to leave your car ar home just hop on a bus just 2 min away. Walk to the Sidney ferry which takes you to Sidney Island for a day of exploring the sea and wildlife, beachcombing or just soaking up the sun. Our condo is the perfect getaway for executives, couples or families. Perfect for long term rentals or for those exploring the option of living on the island.
