This private neighborhood also includes a new upscale restaurant, The View on Old 98, a great balcony restaurant with gorgeous views, live music and vibrant drinks and dishes as well, as Fit as a Fiddle, a small gym offering short term memberships and classes; a large community pool, playground, bike trail, fire pit and several beach boardwalks. There is a screened porch on the side of the house with nice lounging and dining furniture kept cool by ceiling fans; as well as a pergola grilling area in the back of the home privately tucked behind a fence where you can enjoy your own private hot tub while watching your game on the 60" TV. In front, you can enjoy the covered front porch. A very quiet, natural beach is a short walk from the home. While the beach is maybe not as large and well-known as others in our area, its best known for its still shoreline and low crowds. The roads are golf cart friendly in the neighborhood, so you can either bring or rent a golf cart making the trip to the beach and/or pool much simpler.
