We welcome you to Our Place! This family home is now open for reservations to those who are looking to gather as family and friends to enjoy all that downtown Cody has to offer. The property is located on a quiet, tree lined street just two blocks from the historic Irma Hotel. Stroll downtown for dinner and drinks or afternoon ice cream cones. Four blocks to the west you'll find the Buffalo Bill Center of the West and City Park with it's frequent summer entertainment. Our Place is a truly western retreat. Comfortable furnishings throughout and multiple gathering spaces make it ideal for larger groups. The main floor features an inviting living room with leather sofas, gas fireplace and sitting area; the perfect spot to gather at the end of they day. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and dining area with room for everyone to share meals and stories. The master suite with it's queen size bed, walk in closet, well lit vanity, jetted tub and television makes it a private oasis for the lucky inhabitants. The main floor has two additional bedrooms with queen beds, a 4th bedroom with two queens and a private room off off of the laundry room with a twin bed. A full hall bath, laundry room and sunroom round out the main floor. Movie lovers will be drawn to the basement family room with its large screen tv and sectional sofa. The basement also has a bathroom with shower and an excercise room. Outside there is a covered carport and quiet front porch as well as a fully fenced backyard. At night temperatures drop to the 50s and 60s and low to no humidity, opening windows at night cools the property down and lets in the fresh mountain air!
