Back inside, the living room offers even more views across the private balcony, and cushy furnishings for enjoying the free WiFi and DVDs on the flatscreen TV. When you're ready for dinner, the kitchen in the heart of the house is equipped with all the appliances you need. These two bedrooms are individual rooms, on the lower side of the house facing the beach, that can be accessed from the outside only. There are space heaters provided to heat these rooms. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is only 1 parking spot in the driveway of this vacation rental property and no available parking space on the street. To park, you drive down the sloped driveway. Please do not drive on the right-hand side of the slope as that is where part of the septic tank is located. Dock details: Private dock Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
