Bottle Creek Retreat Apartment with pool

Our newly built apartment is set underneath the main house with its own private access and screened-in deck complete with a gas BBQ, surrounded by the lovely local vegetation and our brand new swimming pool and sun deck. The apartment has a near constant breeze coming through from Bottle Creek which is only a few minutes walk away, making it perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, bonefishing or swimming. Relax in our lovely 1 bedroom apartment only a few minutes walk from the ironshore of Bottle Creek. There is a fully equipped kitchen , gas BBQ , bathroom with walk-in shower and a super powerful outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after those long beach days. We have just completed the pool and deck area which is available for guests to use any time of day, complete with pool bar! Beach chairs/umbrella/cooler/snorkeling gear are complimentary for guests. We also have bicycles, paddle boards and kayaks available if you decide to be a little more active! Guests have access to their own private terrace and the gardens . As little or much as you like! I work full time but you will no doubt see my husband pottering around the garden creating art out of his beach finds with our dogs Winston and Maggie, and Erik the rooster and all his girls (hens)! North Caicos is a thirty minute ferry ride from the main tourist island of Providenciales, where you will fly into. We are located in a quiet area of Bottle Creek with a 2 minute walk down to the creek and minutes from the local stores and restaurants. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute drive by car. When you arrive at Providenciales Airport you’ll need to take a 15 minute taxi ride to the ferry at Leeward. North Caicos is accessed by a 30 minute ferry ride from the main island of Providenciales and is $25.00 each way. You can pay by card in the office before hand or cash on boat. Ferry times from Providenciales to North Caicos: Monday - Saturday (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) pm Sunday and Holidays 8.30am 1.00pm 3.30pm We highly recommend you booking a rental car in advance for when you arrive at Sandy Point (ferry landing). Please remember when booking to state that you’ll need the car for North Caicos, not Providenciales. They may collect you from the airport and take you to the ferry if you enquire.
